Our working fields are:

  • demographics,
  • digital integration,
  • diversity,
  • family and career,
  • women in STEM

For our work stands Europe’s largest career orientation project “Girls'Day” and “Boys'Day”, the National Pact for Women in STEM Careers, "Komm, mach MINT." (Go MINT) as well as the service office of the Initiative Cliché-Free.

Our solutions also serve as best practice internationally. Meanwhile, Girls'Day or similar actions take place in more than twenty different countries.
